At the invitation of the ICG (Institute for Corporate Governance), players from the fields of urban planning, architecture and project development met on the second day of the polis Convention for a joint discussion at the stand of the Bundesstiftung Baukultur (D 04.2). “Social Impact Investing” was the topic that was discussed from different perspectives.

Social Impact Investing in Real Estate stands for investments in real estate, e.g. real estate funds or development projects, with the intention of having a positive, measurable impact on social and societal issues while at the same time achieving an appropriate economic return.
