The topping-out ceremony was held for the buildings in the new quarter in the north of Düsseldorf.

After welcoming speeches by Mayor Dr Stephan Keller, developer Patrick Schwarz-Schütte, and Caspar Schmitz-Morkramer, the topping-out ceremony marked the start of the finishing work. With around 100,000 m² gross floor area, the Deiker Höfe is one of our largest projects. Lively, urban and green – this is the guiding idea for the new quar-ter on the site of the former Fashion Houses. To the west, the buildings form an undulating facade; to the east, they connect to an existing settlement of small houses. 350 apartments, a hotel and offices, form an important urban element – an new home for city dwellers.
