We’re always on the lookout for fresh talent and welcome your speculative application.
We’re interested in what you can do and what you want to achieve. As an employer, we value your professional and personal skills over gender, skin color, or religion. If you’re able, ambitious, hungry to learn, and eager to grow, you’ll fit right in.
We believe that caspar. can help nurture your abilities and aspirations. Our main task and core business – project work – is diverse and challenging, fueling constant discovery. Beyond architectural work, we actively seek out and research innovative practices that will shape the future of the industry – and ours. These explorations, whether directly or indirectly connected, address the critical ecological and social transformation necessary for a sustainable future. The construction industry is by far the biggest climate culprit – and it needs to change more than other sectors.
Digitalization is one way we are driving this change. We are the only German architecture firm among the founding members of the MADASTER material database, winner of the German Sustainability Award 2024. We also sit on the board of the BIM Alliance. We’re just beginning this journey, but we aim to be at the forefront of shaping digital practices in architecture.
Engagement with research, the public, and discourses is another cornerstone of our approach. caspar. places great importance on communicating architecture and fostering public dialogue with both experts and the wider community. Our strong online presence, numerous lectures and panel events and, last but not least, our own publications – enriched by our in-house think tank, caspar.esearch – not only keep us informed but also catalyze discourse, expand our networks, and generate ideas. These multifaceted strategies embed our project work in increasingly vital contexts for architecture and urban development.
If you find our values and our office culture appealing, we look forward to receiving your application.
