Last week we celebrated the topping out ceremony for our construction project with PANDION AG. With PANDION Neun Freunde, a total of 136 residential units, including 117 condominiums by PANDION, will be built on the former freight station site by spring 2023.

An extraordinary noise protection concept with a protective wall and green space is required. An elegant and at the same time noise-optimized clinker facade alludes to the industrial era in Ehrenfeld, three alternating shades of beige and gray create a calm atmosphere. Recurring proportions and floor-to-ceiling windows combine the individual houses into a harmonious ensemble. Small private gardens lead to the shared inner courtyard. With clear design and industrial accents, a new living space is created that takes up the typical feeling of life in the Veedel and combines it with high living comfort.
