The office building TWIN CUBES have received the building permission and will be built in Düsseldorf. 2021, our design for the new headquarters of Deutsche Rück was selected by the jury. The reinsurer’s entire interior is also being planned by caspar. Our concept is also based on the plans of the City of Düsseldorf for the further development of the Heerdt district and forms the prelude to the restructuring of the area on the left bank of the Rhine. With the TWIN CUBES, we are creating an ensemble that will be integrated into the life of the city, including a public café on the ground floor.
