We’re launching a New Work project at SACHS Cologne! Change is underway in the city center – the Sachs ensemble in Cologne’s banking district is set to transform the appearance of Unter Sachsenhausen street in multiple ways. Our design breaks up old structures, gives them a new face, revitalizes historic entrances, and uncovers a long-forgotten inner courtyard.
For the MOMENI Group, caspar. is planning the ESG-compliant revitalization of the two listed buildings at Unter Sachsenhausen 2 and 4, alongside constructing an energy-efficient new building on Stolkgasse. By 2025, approximately 20,000 m² of gross floor area will be transformed into modern working environments in Cologne’s bustling city center.
