An important milestone in the truest sense of the word for our Hauptwache 1 project in Frankfurt: the foundation stone was laid. Following the granting of planning permission at the beginning of the year, progress has been made: With the recently completed base slab, the foundation is in place – soon the building will grow upwards.

We are planning a commercial building with a striking facade for SIGNA Real Estate at one of the city’s most famous locations. By the end of 2024, a total of 10,100 m² will be available for offices, retail and restaurants, as well as a roof garden. High-quality working environments are being created between the 1st and 5th floors, which are characterized by large-format windows, flexible floor plans and a green roof terrace with a unique skyline view.

The celebration took place in an urban setting with food trucks and dynamic performances. Christoph Wolf (COO caspar.) spoke on the panel with Tobias Sauerbier (SIGNA) and Marcus Gwechenberge (Head of the Planning Department of the City of Frankfurt). The highlight: From a gondola attached to the construction crane, the participants had a view of the construction site and Frankfurt.
