Our project SACHS is starting now. The ensemble in Cologne’s banking district will change the face of the street Unter Sachsenhausen in several ways. Our design breaks up old structures, giving them a new look, revitalizes historic entrances and discovers a long-forgotten inner courtyard. For the MOMENI Group, caspar. is planning the ESG-compliant revitalization of the two listed buildings Unter Sachsenhausen 2 and 4 and is realizing an energetically high-quality new building on Stolkgasse. With around 20,000 m² GFA, new working worlds will be created by 2025.
