Climate and Resources – On Building the Future: The 17th issue of our e-Letter is now available and spotlights an exciting upcoming lecture and panel discussion happening on September 29 at 7 pm. The design initiative aed Stuttgart has invited Prof. Werner Sobek, one of the world’s foremost civil engineers and co-founder of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), along with caspar. founder Caspar Schmitz-Morkramer, to share their insights in a lecture. Interestingly, both Sobek and Schmitz-Morkramer have recently released books – independently but almost simultaneously – delving into the intricacies of sustainable construction. Joining them on the panel is Prof. Detlef Kurth, an authority on sustainable urban development. The engaging discussion will be moderated by Boris Schade-Bünsow, editor-in-chief of Bauwelt magazine.
