A key focus is creating a distinct and easily recognizable silhouette that gives the building its own unique identity. The large, striking form will be accentuated by the understated design of the building envelope.
For the MOMENI Group, caspar. is planning a complete sustainable renovation of this building, aiming for LEED Gold certification. It will be reimagined and better integrated into the urban fabric – becoming part of the city once again. The redesign and networking of the existing open spaces, along with ground-floor uses like the green inner courtyard, open up entirely new possibilities for the urban space.
