Two of our projects, Heinrich Campus Düsseldorf (implemented with Quantum Immobilien AG for Deloitte) and Sedelhöfe Ulm (implemented with DC Developments GmbH & Co. KG), were honored at the ICONIC AWARDS 2023: Innovative Architecture. The Heinrich Campus emerged the winner in the “Architecture Corporate” category. A complex for Deloitte’s headquarters was built on the former site of the Road Traffic Department. It marks the beginning of the “Entrepreneur City” that represents the location’s economic transformation. As a further highlight, the Sedelhöfe in Ulm, which won “Best of Best” in the “Architecture Urban Planning” category, is an ultra-modern, inner-city quarter that combines living and working on an approximately 78,000 square-meter gross floor area – probably one of the most important urban redevelopment projects in the history of our firm. We’re delighted with this distinction!
