Our Sedelhöfe in Ulm project is among the top 5 in the “Reactivated Centers” category. On April 26, 2023, the coveted polis Award will be presented as part of the polis Convention in Düsseldorf.

The Sedelhöfe in Ulm, situated in the heart of the city and across from the main railway station, is a complex made up of four buildings, featuring 112 apartments with abundant greenery, modern office spaces, and commercial spaces arranged on around 80,000 square meters. Differently designed facades of natural stone or metal lend visual support to the notion of a dynamically shaped quarter with an open, central urban square. The result is an animated urban space with a high amenity value.

As Germany’s leading trade fair for urban and project development, the polis Convention is a major event on the industry calendar. On April 26 and 27 of this year, stakeholders will meet to discuss project planning and development as well as municipalities and business development through the lens of “adventures” and under the patronage of Ina Scharrenbach, Minister of Construction in North Rhine-Westphalia.
