“In my work, I focus mainly on building construction, from planning through to the construction site. Crucial to this process is being curious about the sustainable and digital transformation of construction. It involves being open to this journey without knowing precisely where it will lead us, our firm, or society as a whole. What helps in this journey is a sense of humor and the ability and willingness to not take everything too seriously. This, in turn, helps us stay flexible and open to new ideas and changes – changes that are likely necessary.”
