A network of green courtyards and open spaces links architecture of the project Al Narjis in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and landscape, enhancing walkability, microclimate, and social interaction while creating a coherent spacial experience rooted in ecology and culture.
Clear circulation paths, accessible routes, and drop-off zones ensure connectivity and smooth transitions between public and private areas. The narcissus motif shapes the design with curved lines and translucent facades that harmonize form and light. Residential building merge traditional materials with contemporary forms, while podium, office, hotel, and serviced apartment facades use rhythm, depth, shading, and regional references to create identity and climatic functionality. Uses include residential, office, retail, amenities, townhouses, serviced apartments, and hotel.
