The World Architecture Festival 2025 opened its doors from November 12 to 14 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. For many participants, it was an exciting time. Which projects would be honored with the coveted WAF Award?
With so many exceptional projects, it was a challenging task for the juries. In the live competition, finalists in the categories “Completed Buildings,” “Future Projects,” “WAF Interiors,” and “Landscape” presented their work to the jurors. Caspar Schmitz-Morkramer was among them and was asked to select the best “Commercial Mixed-Use” building from the nominated “Future Projects.”
The studio Caspar was nominated for two awards: Heinrich Campus Interior Deloitte in Düsseldorf (category: Interior Design, Open-Plan Office) and the Algarve Masterplan in Duisburg (category: Future Projects, Master Planning). We are honored to have been shortlisted among so many outstanding projects from around the world!
“It was an honor to represent our studio on this global stage and to select and award exciting projects and ideas from around the worls as a juror.”
