When the World Architecture Festival 2025 opens its doors at the Miami Beach Convention Center from November 12 to 14, excitement will be in the air for many participants: Which projects will receive the coveted WAF Award 2025?
It’s no easy task for the juries. In the live competition, the finalists in the categories “Completed Buildings,” “Future Projects,” “WAF Interiors,” and “Landscape” will present their work to the judges. Among them is Caspar Schmitz-Morkramer, who will serve on the panel for “Future Projects” and have the honor of selecting the best building in the “Commercial Mixed-Use” category.
