With the completion of the final interior spaces in building III of the Heinrich Campus in Düsseldorf, caspar. continues its development of one of the most influential office projects in recent years. The ground floor was transformed into a new, highly specialized work environment for Deloitte: the Smart Factory. New areas for Deloitte Digital were also created on the upper floor. While the Heinrich Campus was conceived as a contemporary response to new work realities upon its completion, the latest expansion takes it a step further. Here, “New Work” is not only a new work environment, but also an expression of new fields of work. The spaces for Deloitte Digital and the Smart Factory exemplify this development; they combine digital transformation, design, technology, and production, thus placing new demands on space, atmosphere, and functionality.
