Our office will be restructured by dividing its core and turning it into two studios. But dividing does not mean separating. On the contrary, we want to bring together what may have been too far apart, operationally and communicatively: for example, competition, design, real estate planning, construction management, interiors, BIM, and sustainability expertise. It is an act of repair and healing in response to a challenging year. Above all, it is an act of growth that can make us bigger, better and more resilient.
