With over 172,000 visitors and more than 400 exhibitors, CityScape Global in Riyadh ranks among the world’s largest real estate trade fairs  – a testament to Saudi Arabia’s ambitious drive for transformation.

The invitation from the Saudi Architecture and Design Commission reflects the country’s commitment to leveraging international expertise in shaping its urban and architectural future. During a panel discussion, Caspar Schmitz-Morkramer joined Tomasz Wozny (Partner, Foster + Partners), Ibrahim Jaidah (CEO and Chief Architect, Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB) and Ibrahim Jaidah Architects and Engineers (IJAE)), and Abdullah Alshammari (Director of Real Estate Services, Ministry of Investment, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) to explore the demands of sustainable architecture – with a particular focus on ecological, social, and design considerations. The discussion was moderated by Fahad Alswailem (International Partnerships, Architecture and Design Commission (ADC), Ministry of Culture, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
