The topping-out ceremony for the new building and the two listed buildings took place on Thursday, April 10, 2025. After welcoming speeches by the Lord Mayor of Cologne Henriette Reker, Ali-Reza Momeni, CEO and founder of the MOMENI Group, Ulrich Wetterkamp, Director Development at MOMENI Group, Ulrich Haeselbarth, CEO of the HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG and Caspar Schmitz-Morkramer., CEO of caspar, the ceremony began. The expansion work can now start.
In 2019, the MOMENI Group commissioned us to revitalize an entire block. In accordance with the ESG, we are creating around 22,000 m² of high quality office space in two listed buildings and in one new building. With restaurants and a green inner courtyard open to the public, we are transforming the block into a vital urban building block in the heart of Cologne.
