Our concept for the office high-rise and residential quarter in Düsseldorf-Unterbilk innovatively combines working, living, and leisure. Two six- to seven-story buildings provide space for offices, apartments, restaurants, a daycare center, and diverse open spaces. The office areas extend along Völklinger Straße and are highlighted by a striking 17-story high-rise. On the ground floor, a foyer, conference center, and restaurant invite visitors to linger. The residential buildings in the northeast offer a sheltered location, a green courtyard, and an inviting boulevard. The quarter is further enhanced by a green forecourt with outdoor dining in the north – a vibrant place for encounters.
