Half of the new office building has already been leased, and only a few residential units remain available. Just recently, the residential development was selected as one of 17 flagship projects of the “WohnenNRW Days 2025.”

Our concept for the office high-rise and residential quarter in Düsseldorf-Unterbilk brings together work, living, and leisure in an innovative way. Two six- to seven-story buildings provide space for offices, apartments, gastronomy, a daycare center, and a variety of open spaces. The office areas extend along Völklinger Straße and are accentuated by a striking 17-story tower. The ground floor invites visitors with a lobby, conference center, and restaurant. The residential buildings in the northeast impress with their sheltered location, green courtyard, and welcoming boulevard. Completing the quarter is a landscaped forecourt with outdoor dining in the north – a vibrant place for encounters.
