The structural work on the first cube is complete! The second building has already reached the third floor, and the driveway to the underground parking garage has recently been concreted.
In Düsseldorf-Heerdt, an ensemble of two office buildings is taking shape, featuring six and five floors, respectively, along with a café on the ground floor. Slightly offset from the orthogonal grid, the buildings integrate seamlessly into the urban environment. The structures create a buffer from the street, while the forecourt is designed as a public space. A narrow passage between the two buildings, which rest on a shared underground parking garage, serves as a connecting element. The floor plans are arranged around a central courtyard and three access cores, allowing for flexible use – from individual offices to open-plan workspaces. A distinctive architectural feature is the brass-colored photovoltaic elements, precisely integrated into the bright natural stone façade.
We look forward to the next construction milestones!
