Project Update TWIN CUBES
News from the construction site

The first cube is nearing completion. This is not only evident from the facade. The interior work is also well advanced. The second section is still covered by scaffolding, but it has grown in height: the shell construction is in the home stretch!

In Düsseldorf Heerdt, an ensemble of two office buildings with six and five stories respectively and a café on the ground floor is being built. Slightly offset from the orthogonal, its fine grain connects it to the urban space. The buildings create distance from the street, and the forecourt is designed as a public space. Between the buildings, which sit on a shared underground car park, a joint serves as a connecting element. The floor plans, organized around the inner courtyard and three access cores, allow for flexible use, from individual offices to open-plan spaces. A special feature are the champagne-colored PV elements, which are precisely integrated into the light-colored natural stone façade. We look forward to successful construction progress!
