Interior plastering is largely complete, the restoration of the historic façades is in full swing, and natural stone cladding is now being installed on the new building.

Located near Cologne Cathedral, Unter Sachsenhausen has been home to banking institutions for generations. In 2019, MOMENI commissioned us to revitalize an entire block. In line with ESG standards, we are creating approximately 22,000 square meters of high-quality office space—spread across two heritage-protected buildings and a new construction.

With restaurants and a green, publicly accessible courtyard, the block is being transformed into a vibrant urban landmark. Three architectural generations merge into a stylish, light-filled ensemble, with each building contributing its unique character. Our vision: to open spaces, invite people in, and create a place that offers more—for work, encounters, and urban life.
