The natural stone façade has largely been installed on the new building! For the first time, you can see the beautiful green hue and fine structure of LAUSTER Dorfergrün natural stone, which gives the building a new shine. The Unter Sachsenhausen 2 section of the building is still covered for now, but the scaffolding will be taken down soon, as it already has been at Unter Sachsenhausen 4.

The street is located not far from Cologne Cathedral and has been home to banking houses for generations. In 2019, MOMENI commissioned us to revitalize the entire area. In compliance with ESG standards, we are creating approximately 22,000 square meters of high-quality office space in two existing, listed buildings and one new building. With restaurants, a green courtyard, and various terraces, we are combining the three generations of buildings into a stylish, bright, and airy complex where each building contributes its unique qualities.
