We recently visited our LYGHT project and captured some stunning images. Completion is getting closer!

Before its revitalization, the building consisted of a 12-story high-rise slab with a technical floor and a two-story base structure. In line with Green Building principles, we reimagined the existing structure: more openness, more greenery, and approximately 1,500 m² of additional space. The low-rise section was extended by one floor to create space for two additional office units. A great added value: the rooftop terrace on the third floor.

The new double-skin façade appears light and transparent. The floors are clearly defined by a subtle horizontal structure, further emphasized by the staggered, slim vertical aluminum bands. Extending significantly beyond the top floor, the façade creates a sheltered sky garden with breathtaking views over Düsseldorf.
