The structural work for the hotel, office and commercial buildings, as well as residential units, is complete, and interior construction is now in full swing. At the same time, the wave-like glass façade is being fitted with wooden slats.
With over 350 apartments, a hotel, 14,500 m² of office space, 3,500 m² of retail and dining areas, and a mobility hub, Deiker Höfe is becoming a key urban landmark in northern Düsseldorf. Vibrant, urban, and green—these were the guiding principles for Deiker Höfe. The western side features a wave-like glass façade with wooden slats that help diffuse the energy of the nearby highway, while the eastern side seamlessly connects to an existing small-scale residential neighborhood. The new quarter consists of a nearly enclosed six-part block development with lush public and semi-public courtyards.
