Project Update Deiker Höfe
Progress on the construction site

The glass facade facing Danziger Straße is almost complete, and the interplay of the slats there is particularly impressive. Interior work has begun or is about to start in some parts of the building. The outdoor facilities in the northern part of the quarter are finished. The courtyards are green, and the playground is ready for tenants of the residential buildings.

With over 350 apartments, a hotel, 14,500 square meters of office space, 3,500 square meters of retail and restaurant space, and a mobility station, Deiker Höfe is an important urban building block in northern Düsseldorf. The guiding principles for Deiker Höfe were liveliness, urbanism, and greenness. The west side features a wave-shaped glass façade with wooden slats that deflect the energy of the expressway while connecting to an existing small-scale residential development on the east side. The new quarter is an almost closed, six-part block development with green public and semi-public courtyards.
