Last Thursday was, in every sense, a good day. I love topping-out ceremonies! You get a glimpse of what’s to come – where theory becomes practice. You toast with partners and friends. And you even get to say something celebratory. At the topping-out ceremony for SACHS – our office ensemble for MOMENI and HanseMerkur Grundvermögen – I had the pleasure of putting it like this:
“SACHS stands for the transformation of our city centers. Where buildings were once bastions of representation and administration, they’re now opening up to the city.
